"Letters to a Young Architect" is a project initiated by Caroline Steffen for the platform Architektur Kollektiv (now Schnitt Magazine). She originally called on individuals from the community to write a letter to the younger generation of architects, addressing issues, offering encouragement, and sharing experiences. After the project was well received by the community, she, in collaboration with the PAF community, organized an online event where established architects from Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium wrote and presented their letters, sparking a discussion during the event.
